Silver Member. Silver members will get lifetime 10% discount on all online bookings for all 4 hotels.
Gold Member. Gold members will get lifetime 15% discount on all online bookings for all 4 hotels.
These discounts apply to all rates, except Special Offers and Packages. Also, Tufenkian loyal guests will still enjoy the benefits offered to non-registered online bookers, as follows:
*Guests will automatically upgrade to the next level when they collect the following amount of points:

** Even if the guest spends his points on rewards, he will still upgrade to the next level when his historically accumulated points reach the mentioned thresholds.
*** Accumulated points will expire after 5 years from the last transaction.
Earn your points each time you book a room at one of our hotels on www.tufenkianheritage.com or contact us by phone and/or email. Points are calculated for accommodation spending only. Every 1000 AMD spent on online booking bring you 10 points.
1. To avoid fraudulent behavior from the guests, the points for each reservation will be frozen up until check-out day.
2. The points are not accumulated if the eligible stays are booked via a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent (Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.).
3. The points can be also earned by the Member for one other room at the same hotel and on the same dates. The Member should stay in one of these rooms, the payment for the accommodation should be done by the Member and the second room should not be occupied by another Member. The eligible nights for earning points is based only on the Member's room.
After having accumulated a certain number of points, you will be able to redeem your points for the following rewards with the following rates:

Cancellation policy is the same for loyal guests as it is for non-registered online bookers. If cancelled or in case of no show points will be reduced accordingly. If cancelled online the points will be automatically reduced. If cancelled offline or in case of no show points will be reduced manually by front desk.
