- All rates include breakfast (9AM - 12PM), dinner (5PM - 8PM), outdoor heated swimming pool (with temperature of 20-23°C in June, 24-26°C in July-August), hot tub, complementary still water, instant coffee and tea are also available in the room
- There is additional AMD 10.000 per night for extra person more than double
- Kids up to 5 years old are free of charge
- 2 Kids up to 5 years old are charged AMD 6.000 per night
- Kids 5 - 12 years old are charged AMD 6.000 per night
